Participants are primarily expected to submit an abstract of 500-600 words covering the problem, purpose, the hypothesis (if any), method and scope. Researchers of the accepted abstracts will be able to participate with the full text. 

Special Text Format

• Abstracts shall be in Turkish and English.
• Abstracts shall have titles in Turkish and English placed in the middle right on top of them. Uppercase letters shall be used only in the initials of the words of the abstract.
• Titles of the papers shall be in 14-point size Times New Roman font type.
• 1.5 line spacing and justified text feature shall be used in abstracts.
• Keywords shall be included under the abstract.
• Lowercase letters shall be used in the keywords section and the words shall be separated with semicolons.
• References shall be in APA-7 format.
• The text shall not involve author's personal identity or institution details.
• Author's identity, institution and contact details shall be stated in a separate title page.

Details to be included in the title page

• Titles of the papers in Turkish and English languages
• Author names and titles
• Details of the institution authors work at (University and Department) and address information
• E-mail address, phone number and ORCID number of the authors
• "Responsible author" shall be indicated in papers with multiple authors.

Abstract Submission and Review Process

• Abstracts and title page in Word format shall be submitted to the following e-mail address; "aslihan.unal@kapadokya.edu.tr"
• Deadline for the submission of abstracts is January 30, 2022.
• Abstracts of papers will be reviewed by the Science Committee through the double-blind review method.
• Abstracts accepted in the end of the review process, will be announced on March 1, 2022.
• Owners of the accepted abstracts will be asked to submit the full text.
